It provides direct access to product install videos from YouTube.  It also provides product documentation, including templates, installation instructions and catalogs for Falcon exits, closers, and locks.  Additionally, you can call our customer care directly from the app, search, and add items to your Favorites!

Please note that a few documents are between 2-6 MB in size and may take several moments to download.  Most of the content is much smaller and will download quickly over a 4G (LTE), 3G or good Wi-Fi connection.
