So easy to use
I helped create InspectIT and unfortunately our product was decided to no longer be supported so I had to find another one for my business. I do heavy customization on my report templates and Rusty has been very responsive when something needs attention. As of ease of use for a new inspector this is by far the easiest that I have found.

I also like how customizable the software is and I can alter the report style and format to distinguish myself from other inspectors.
