This app allows you an easy way to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests to City staff for action and resolution. From reporting graffiti and potholes, to requesting winter maintenance, to asking about trash and recycling pickup, the power is at your fingertips. Plus, the 311 Center app links to a variety of City web pages, allowing you immediate access to the information you need to enjoy our community and stay connected with local government.
Login registration is broken
I previously was signed into this application. When you guys rebuilt it, you broke that. Now, after resetting my password, it wants me to verify my email address. I’m already a user on your account! Fix it.
Functional
I preferred the previous iteration of this app. It had more functions on the front page, and allowed you to see not just your own help tickets but also in the area. This was very helpful as we could see if neighbors had also been missed for trash, if there were rat sightings, etc. If it’s possible, please bring back the option to see other tickets in the area. Otherwise it allows me to contact the city, which is 90% of the function so overall nice and does the job.

This app is awful, it won’t even open ...better to not have not... unfortunate because it could be very useful

Sadly can’t open it on iOS 14. As someone else noted, probably hasn’t been built and tested yet.

App was crashing every time I try to login. I deleted and reinstalled it and now it won’t launch at all. Crashes in opening.
