Great app but has never resolved bugs
Update: after reporting few times, the memory leak still exists on osx, no back communication from the support team. I love the app and using it for years and I’m paid user. I’ve reported about the memory leak issue on osx months ago and how to reproduce it, but the support just stopped to respond. This is disappointment. I can't use the app that leaks and slows down, and specially pay $120/yearly Issue2: if email was removed on desktop, it stays on iOS and can't be deleted there(UI stucks on affect of email removal)

I have been a long time user of Polymail, and really love the design, interface, tracking, etc. Lately though it’s been really frustrating because the tracking has been inconsistent through the iPad and iPhone app. Additionally, though emails say read, they appear as unread. For a paid service, this should not be happening. Please fix this ASAP!

Not 1 word regarding charges in the App Store description nor in the set up instructions once you download the app. It Never says there is a charge to use the app. Then you get an email after you set it up telling you you have a seven day trial actually??! And you will be charged afterwards every month at least $10 or higher depending on which version you choose??! Very shady business practices. Deleting immediately.

Feels under developed at this point. Discontinuing subscription and looking for a new email client after 3 or so years. No updates of any value (still no @mentions, still no VIP alerts). So buggy. Emails don’t get sent anymore. Formatting changes post sending. Attachments sometimes get sent. Rely too much on email to use Polymail anymore.
