When using dark mode and editing a label I am unable to see the text that’s typed until I press ok. I have to change my settings to light mode just to use this app.

Tried to print storage labels and found the printer button no longer works. I did recently upgrade to a iphone 15 and the printer is now at the very top of the screen overlapping status bar.

It would be difficult to create an exhaustive list of all the features this app is either lacking or that work poorly. That a company as established as Dymo would offer such a flawed application to customers who have purchased their products is baffling. They would be much better off just saying they don’t support mobile devices.

I’ve had this app for several years and I finally, today, deleted it. I purchased a Brother label printer and it’s SO much better. The problem with the app is that it constantly, constantly, loses the BT connection. And the incessant multiple taps to make its functions work is incredibly frustrating.
