Made purchase for full access, then denied

Didn’t even get thru my electronics list before being told I’ve exceeded the amount for free. I paid the $2.99 twice, thinking there was a glitch. Tried again, and it made me upgrade, again! I closed out the app, opened it again. Still asking me to upgrade. I tried to hit “restore” and it said “no previous subscription found”. Give me back my money.
