During the day whenever you achieve your goal or something positive enter it right away into the 3 Wins app. You can also pause at the end of your busy day to summarize and record your wins/achievements. This app makes a huge difference…
…since I use it. It’s extremely simple (in a positive way). I don’t have an overloaded UI where it takes every time I use it a few seconds for orientation - instead I can tick it off on my Apple Watch without any effort. It makes also sense to focus on only three tasks/goals and the name of the app motivates. I would pay for it with an onetime purchase (no subscription). Many thanks to the developer for this gem!

Great for when I’m in a depression and “can’t do anything.” This app reminds me of small accomplishments that add up.
Great simple, clean app and interface
Love this app! It was just what I was looking for in a simple to-do app. One feature that would bring this to a five star rating would be the option to easily move tasks from one day to another, either by drag and drop or a simple “send to tomorrow” button. When tasks don’t get done on a given day, it’s time consuming to go back and forth to put them in for the next day or following week.

I love this app because it’s super simple and easy to Customize. The Reminders I said throughout the day really help me to remember certain tasks that I’m trying to turn in to have it so it’s been great!
