United StatesHOW IT WORKS Cynch delivers grill size propane tanks to residential homes and business customers. As a driver, you would pick up propane tanks at one of Cynch’s locations and deliver them to customers. This is a round trip delivery experience, we drop off full tanks and pick up customers empty tanks. You can use the pickup truck you already own to earn some extra income. We deliver 5-6 days a week, you can customize your own schedule and choose when you want to work. We'll list the days and hours that we need drivers, and you sign up for the times you want. GET PAID You can make up to $30 per hour as a Cynch delivery driver. Drivers get paid for the miles they drive, deliveries they make, and the tanks they deliver.
Horrible app and company
I applied a few months ago . And the app said I needed an interview. Nothing happened. I called nada, I did talk to one person but they just kept telling me they would send an email to hiring city manager . They were powerless. Since then no response. Fix this app and hire more effective help

This is awful compared to previous Propane Taxi app for drivers. There are no maps of the entire route, no list of stops showing customers/addresses you will be going to. No option to skip a stop and go back or reorder your stops. Inaccurate tank counts at the start of a shift leaves drivers short tanks to complete their route- This happens when there are customer service swaps. I do like that it shows a tally of your hrs/tanks/stops per shift, mileage would be nice to see too though…

I’m sure this is good for drivers, but what about the consumer!? It’s useless to us… Website on mobile has no working credit card number field either, need to use the desktop version.

Coming from propane taxi, the best part of the previous service was the easy to use iOS app. After transition, the Cynch app on the AppStore is only for drivers and not users of the service. Please, simply create an app instead of the website. This is so 2020.

I created an account online and then installed the app. Once installed, I tried to login to the app and it errored out with email address does not exist. What gives?

I’d give this so far less than one star. No email recognition for some reason. Propane taxi was perfect. This is not.
