One of the best outline apps
There aren't many outline apps that offer efficiency and simplicity. This one does. I use it to outline my books and screenplays, and it works well. As an addes bonus, it has apps for my iPad and iPhone, and they sync seamlessly. One thing I'd like to see is the ability to make keyboard shortcuts for some of the menu items such as 'font color' etc. I often use different colors as headings and it's annoying to have to go to the menu and choose instead of using a shortcut.

I really wish I could make highlight or color one word or make one word bold in a line. Instead, any formatting has to apply to the entire line. Also, when I copy and paste an outline from Word, it imports the content in one big chunk. It's a big pain to break it apart into separate lines. So disappointing bc I love the expanding and collapsing so much, but I don't love the formatting. This app has soo much potential to be amazing.

None of the wordprocessing or mindmapping tools I owned would allow me to create an outline where I could select, expand or contract levels that I wished to see; along with dragging and dropping lines to reorder. This fits the bill perfectly!

This is just what I needed to keep lots of miscellaneous information on my iPhone. The unlimited-depth heirarchy allows me to organize everything. The only flaws are that it's too fussy about where you have to tap to expand a heading, and you cannot easily imbed a newline within an item.

It has a lot of bugs while it is very useful when it works as it promised. When I contacted the customer service, I got a response two weeks later. If it does not have bugs, it is a good program, and I think it is worth to purchase. Only if it does not have many bugs bugging me.

4 Years of notes just vanished today from my laptoep version. Everything just gone. I checked my iPhone and saw the notes for for 2 seconds. Then the cloud sync updatea and wiped the phone out completely. Don't put anything into this app that you care about.
