Better than the new app, please never discontinue support for this!
I love this legacy version much better than the newer app! Better DOC editor, supports Time Estimates calculator, and so much more! Minor bugs that are totally tolerable. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is it doesn’t support your iPhone’s customized setting for “Text Size and Bold Text” you have for your iOS under Accessibility. I have vision problems and really need the Bold text and bigger text size. I’d be so happy if you could fix that!! If the ClickUp Team is reading this, plllleeeeeaaassseeee never stop support for this version!! You guys are doing a great job, thank you!!♥️
Where’s the CRM?
No clue how to get the CRM to show up in the app. It’s all lists and folder hierarchies, but I don’t understand where or how the CRM comes into play..,
Much better than the new app!
Hi ClickUp Team, I just posted on the new app version as well, explaining why I enjoy the old app version more, as I can access all my tasks and details in my lists. I prefer the view to be similar to the desktop version and unfortunately that is not an option in the new app. So I will continue to use the old version! Thanks!!
Whats the difference?
I downloaded the other app and it doesn’t have many of the features of this app. Is there a reason to use this over the other? Why are there two?
Ok, not great
Not intuitive. I prefer the old app, but both need to be better vs competitors.
Frustrating mobile app
Like everyone else, the desktop app is amazing, but the mobile app seems like the negected child. I definitely understand designing all of the features into one mobile app may seem rather impossible, but this leads to MANY bugs, that seem to still exist after reading reviews from 1 year ago. Luckily for me, I will be heavily using this on the desktop. Maybe the team should consider making a “Lite”, or “on-the-go” app version of ClickUp, to minimize/reduce bugs, while allowing for a more seamless and intuitive design.
Does not play well with others
From signing up through the app: The signup button did not work from the initial page; I had to go to the login and click sign up. The app would not verify the link from my gmail, and when I typed it in it said wrong code. My partner and I were trying to use it together and it will not link accounts and shows that my password will not log me into my account now. May work for just one person, but not two.
