Chuck doesn’t do anything
I’ve used this for a week, be difference… senders I’ve blocked keep coming and there has been no change. I wished it worked because I hate all the spam and nonsense

The app worked plausible up until the other day. Then it just locked up and stopped working. Tech support had the usual remedies. Up date the app, which it already was, or delete and start over. It wasn’t that user friendly to begin with so why go through the motions again in less that a year of use. Made me decide not to purchase the upgrade.

Free version doesn’t allow any mass deleting. So it’s just a preview to get you to subscribe for a monthly fee. I have no problem with that except it’s not honest up front that it is subscription based for even basic functions

Someone email bombed me this morning, and I downloaded Chuck to try and help unsubscribe from the 500+ new lists in my Inbox. Unfortunately, Chuck only identified less than 10 of them as new mailing lists. Surprising, since most of the other 490 have the subject like of “Confirm your subscription”. No apparent way for the user to select emails to unsubscribe from. Deleted.

App is very appealing easy to use but lately it gets disconnected from Gmail and fails. Only using the free version and for personal use. Everything they offer paid version I have it on iPhone mail app already so not for me

I have lost tons of work by trusting Chuck to not delete my drafts right in front of my eyes. Turns out if you write a long email and then change email addresses, it just deletes everything for no reason. Full stupid
