Auror enables you to report retail incidents to your loss prevention team and access intelligence on the go. This mobile app complements Auror’s desktop application. It will be beneficial to people who are on the move and want to receive real-time notifications that are actionable. Who can use Auror? You will be required to be a verified member of an organization that works with Auror in order to access the functionality in the app. Once registered, you can use your same login credentials which you use to log-in to the desktop application.
Using a BYOD device
Hello all. I figured out why Auror is not allowing some to sign-in, via the app. I was having some problems ensue at first, then I realized that on my X Cover (BYOD) device I had the app installed in the personal section of the BYOD device vs the work section. Install the app on the work section of the BYOD device in this case at my store we use the X Covers. Anyway, after installing the app in the work section of my X Cover, the app allowed me to sign in perfectly and I am so happy with it. If you can’t upload images you have to allow Auror to use the camera while using the app. If you don’t allow the use of the camera it won’t allow the uploading of photos. I hope this helps!!
