I’ve been using Astropad almost since it came out. I do a lot of retouching and this piece of software is very well designed to cover all the main points required to substantially go above the competition. The interface is easy to use and very intuitive so the learning curve is relatively simple. Works with every screen you bring up and the configuration lets you customize your workspace as you wish. It is a pleasure to use

Where to begin? I'm glad this app offered a free trial, because if I would have spent $99 to be disappointed I might have just sold my iPad and been done with it. If you want to use this for Adobe Photoshop, reconsider. It worked for 30 seconds before becoming unresponsive and unruly, then it worked long enough to realize none of the advertised features work. No pinch to zoom, no double tap to undo, and the Apple Pencil gestured didn't work either. For the ridiculous price of this app for a year, you could just get a dedicated drawing tablet AND it would work.

Bought this app for $30 and it was great. Haven’t used it in months and came to use it but they want to charge subscription on top of payment. That’s horrible customer service.
United StatesWireless is laggy, expensive for what it offers
Wireless is laggy not as good as the native sidecar performance so you have to use a cable. The UI elements are a bit distracting, wish you could turn it off. The drawing is slightly better because of the cursor preview and two taps to undo. Also you can customize per-app shortcuts. But is it worth the $80/yr just for that? Eh not really. Much cheaper apps like EasyCanvas and native Sidecar will get you 90% there.
