The app first loads with the type of listings that are available in our system together with the total amount for each. When the user selects the ad-type, the screen progresses to a location screen. The location screen also displays the total amount of ad-type selected previously. As the user taps on one of the location buttons, the screen progresses to the listing that shows a short description of the ad. Each listing will show the country, state (if available) and city of the listing together with short description and the date the ad was created. Users can scroll to the bottom of the screen if the listing contains more than 20 ads. As the user scrolls to the bottom, a fresh set of listing that are available will load and so on till the end of all the available listings for this particular location and ad-type. Upon the user taping on a particular ad in the listing screen, the screen progresses to the ad detail screen which shows more information about the ad which includes contact information such as phone number and email. Users can use the back button to go back to the initial screen to start fresh or they can simply hit the home icon in the bottom of the screen (one among the three tabs available) Users can also find listings of their interest using the search feature by tapping the search tab on the bottom of the screen. Astawq allows you to create your ad for free using the active plus sign from the Ad Type screen, Location screen and listings screen. Users can add any ad to their favorite listings to later view all the ads they have saved in the past. Users can share any Ad listing using the provided share button from the Ad details screen using messaging apps, email and social networking apps. Astawq also brings you over to the latest Ethiopian news, movie, music and popular dramas. When I post I don’t even finish processing people start calling from all over the world . How come they call from every where ? That is fake . After that week no one ask or call. Also when they call they asking me send them the picture of the unit I didn’t post it for sale it’s for rent .. then they all asking me to look for them another place .. I didn’t say I am an agent … but all I know is this is fact advertisement page .. also it’s says free but they charge $9.99 that is also not right ..

This was the response I got from app owner for writing constructive review based on my current experience. “ FYI .. we are just about to release a feature that allows users to Edit in addition to editing from our website. We provided this cheap service for our community and we are not profiting from it. But some bad elements in our community like you seem to not apprecate it. It’s on Okay app that needs a lot of improvements. For example, being able to edit a post you made. As a software engineer, I know first had that ifs very simple to implement this and yet this app doesn’t let you do so. It’s super annoying. What makes this even worse is when you give review for constructive criticism, you get a response pretty much saying “if you don’t like our app, don’t use it”. This is absurd! Developers/owners of this app, you guys should know first hand that the users are the most important aspect of your application and business. This kind of negative attitude and not being able to take criticism will do you no good. Please improve your customer service skills and your app!
