can't believe i pay for this
it's like impossible to use this app. because of the way they implemented things, i am completely unbable to sync all of my logins on my account. there are two vaults. i did not do this. 1password did this. i had a phone and a computer. the phone has all my logins. the laptop has ones that somehow are in a 'personal' vault. separate from the 'primary' vault. can't sync both! no! can't merge them either. Just plain old screwed if i want any log ins on my computer. the phone app literally won't let me sync another vault unless i add a new cloud service just to separately sync my second vault. honestly, each update seems to make 1password less and less attractive. my job uses lastpass and it is a far better experience. I was sticking with 1password exclusively trying to avoid the setup switching would reqiure but I'm done

MY SUBSCRIPTION, THROUGH APPLE, IS ACTIVE BUT THE APP ON BOTH PHONE AND LAPTOP KEEPS TELLING ME MY ACCOUNT IF FROZEN AND YOUR SUPPORT PEOPLE STILL HAVE NOT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!

I have been using 1password for well over a decade and early on they seemed to be an up and comer with a decent product. I purchased for ios and the Mac. Over the years as things changed and I needed to transfer my paid product to a new computer I learned that they start every inquiry with I should "upgrade" my version and spend more money a subscription even. They did'nt care about meand others like me trying to use what we have already paid for. I also decided to purchase the subsription ( you can't purchase any other way now ) for work and keep two separate vaults. After I signed on to the subscription I asked how to import my 1password 7 vault to my new 1password 8 vault because it would be easier to delete my personal entries off the new work vault. Their answer? You guessed it! That's a bad idea you should purchase another subscription for the personal vault. Not only not helping but that doesn't even make sense. I own 1password7 and it just needs to take care of my personal needs. I don't need the two to sync together, that would defeat the purpose of separate vaults. Now on my new computer I am greeted with pop ups non stop because I can't authorize 1password 7. They give instructions that don't work and haven't solved any of my problems. It's the same old story...A new company comes along and they have a cool new product. They see some success and become larger and larger and those who supported them from the beginning are ignored for only wanting new sales. No loyalty. I have reccomended them to everyone I know and some friends and family have purchased their products. I am thinking time to cancel and move on to a less complex solution with a better price and better customer service.

I had bought 1password in 2014. I upgraded the app but then found out this locked my account until I had bought a subscription. Luckily, I was able to restore the previous version. I had been happy with 1Password until this upgrade. It would be nice to be told about the subscription before upgrading.

I switched from LastPass after their data breach, but I must say... it was MUCH better than 1Password. Maybe becuase i'm on a Mac it's different, but this is pretty awful user experience. Giving 2 starts because 1 seems a little too harsh. I appreciate the security but UX must be fixed!

For those who buy just the app and not subscription model, 1Password had massive drop in support. Sent two emails, got ignored. Cannot download a 1Password program on Apple App store. If download from 1password, not license. Very disappointing ignoring your customer base.
