Omg I am keeping my language PG because I want to make sure this review gets posted so others can be warned by how awful this app is. I want to use so many expletives but I won’t. This is without a doubt the worst app I’ve ever downloaded on my phone in my entire life. It took me A HALF AN HOUR to successfully get it deleted from my phone. This app caused me to be locked out of my phone and made it extremely difficult to select things and type in my pass code. I thought I was going to have to reset my entire phone to get it to work again!!!! And I couldn’t even contact AT&T to get assistance getting the app deleted. It would only let me contact an emergency number. The contact info within the app itself only gave me an email so I couldn’t talk to anyone to get it fixed right away. I ended up going into my control center on my IOS phone settings and turning off the app in there and then was able to use my phone normally. I deleted the app after disabling it in the control center. There wasn’t an option in the app to turn off voice over mode and also there wasn’t an option to delete the app within the app. I couldn’t double click the app to delete when I was in voice over mode. Without a doubt the most terrible app I’ve ever downloaded. Also, the original reason I downloaded it was to read books on my Libby app which also didn’t work!!!!!!! Useless and will make it extremely difficult to even use your phone to do literally anything including logging in with your passcode. You could be temporarily locked out of your phone too because of this app. I was locked out for around 6 minutes at least. Save yourself the headache and run from this app.
