I’ve used VideoMaster for years, always loved it, never had a problem until a recent app glitch. I reported the problem, got a quick response, and the problem was fixed in just a couple days. The developers obviously care about the user experience, and it is greatly appreciated!

I was really enjoying this app until the other day i noticed it wasn't playing the audio back to me when i selected a video to edit. it seemed to just be the app having this issue because i can still hear audio from other music apps on my phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, recording the videos again in case the files were corrupted but i still can’t hear anything. when i export the videos to my photos i can hear it but i hate doing that because some of the audio in the video is lowered due to a built in volume limiter for the iPhone's media player. aside from the the app freezes and crashes occasionally. if you could fix this i would greatly appreciate it because ive really enjoyed this app

App does exactly what I needed. But I can’t listen on my Bluetooth earbuds. It just doesn’t output to my earbuds. Bummer.
