You provided letters instead of numbers for code to verify account. Second try received the code but, had to change my password. All this makes me uncomfortable and frustrated. Thought I didn’t need to enter email. Now I have to change my password and never received top nine. Also, not even close to the top nine. It’s like it’s chose all in same grid.
