Tactacam Connect APP
Disappointed to hear that there is a problem with the app connecting to the TACTACAM Ultra HD 6.0 Camera. And per their support team they are not sure when the update to app will be available but at least they are working on it.

Solo extreme connects to the app, the app can’t see the battery, and when you click control it looks up the Camaro and gives a black screen on the app and locks up the app. No way to control the camera or use it unless you use Tactacam WiFi app and don’t want to use all the functions of the camera. This shouldn’t be so hard to use

The app isn’t what it is to be first off! Yea I can connect to the cam but when I click control it shows a black screen that’s it I can’t do anything with it at all it’s a waste of my time

This app does not work at all. Called customer service and said they are working on the problem. They have no idea how long before the app will work. I can use the Tactacam wifi app only to watch the videos, nothing else.

I have the newest iPhone an updates along with the newest update for the 6.0. When I go into the settings and go back out to save the changes it erases the custom name I added and the 60hz never saves. When I’m controlling the camera with my phone if I push the button on the bottom right to go to video then back to camera an even zooming in and out it freezes up. When I push the button on the phone to record videos it looks like it’s working but when you hit the stop button nothing is saved. Only way it does work is if I have the setting on to record on start up. Video quality is great but… the app needs much improvement.
