Waste of money and time
The three pictures layout is incompatible with giff and other layouts, so clients cannot choose the layout they want. I purchased and reached out to customer service. After they informed me of this incompatibility minutes after my purchase, I requested a refund and cancelled and they completely ignored me. Very bad customer service. Waste of money and time.

Every time we’ve tried to update the filter setting for our gallery, it crashes and closes. Cannot get it to do what we need for the wedding.

I’m giving this app 3 stars because when it works it is really good. I have had 4 events where bugs in the app ruined my clients experience. Whenever there are updates there are BUGS. All kinds of glitches. I tried to give up on the app but I really like the features, so I keep coming back. Today at my event it kept randomly performing updates to the app and would not stop. I eventually had to use an alternative app. Bummer! I get home perform the update and it “appears” to be okay. I don’t trust any of their updates. I have another event coming up and I hope this app doesn’t fail me. The development team needs to beta test better before pushing out! Too many bugs in updates. Good app that needs stability!!! I’m giving it one more chance.

We used this app for the first time at our wedding. The app is amazing. Everyone loved it. The only con I have about the app is that it doesn’t have the ability to create or customize your own filter/overlay with your own picture.

Compared to other programs it’s limited and their support is not very helpful when starting out. Use interface and help docs are not easy to use for 1st timers.
