Does not work
This is very disheartening from a camera maker that has been around for years. This app does not work or is missing a step to connect with a phone.

This app doesn’t work with iOS 16 or my iPhone 13 Pro Max, they seriously need to update their app. The only way I can use it is with my iPad.

Seriously needs to be updated to iOS 16. It works great on my iPad with iOS 15.7, but I would prefer it working on my iPhone because it is easier to hold while holding the selfie stick with your camera.

Same issues as everyone else on here. Don’t wast your time. The app is worthless! It will not work with the orbit 360 when using IPhone.

App does not connect to iPhone to view pics/video recordings…Why even have the app if it doesn’t work with the camera? My advice is stay with the GoPro 360 Max. Their app works well with your phone…. I’d give this a zero if I could.

My Pixpro Orbit360 4K would connect to my iPhone via WiFi just fine, but not to this program. Tried this app on my iPad and it worked the first time. Turned the "cellular data" off on my iPhone, clicked "ok" on the popup window. This app then worked on my iPhone. Hope this helps everyone!

For those struggling to see photos, you must update the camera’s firmware by following the tutorial either on YouTube or by reading the manual. The app works great in seeing a preview of the shot and easily viewing photos and videos that were taken. I enjoy the app and the camera. I wish there was a built in photo and video editor to edit the stitch lines and alter the colors.
