Amazing app, poor quality
I love what this app does for my photos and my clients are always happy. But it is such a pain to be constantly having to open the app back up after it randomly closes itself out. I spend twice as long than I should because I’m having to redo the work multiple times. I wish the app had better quality. Other than that it does what I need it to do.

4/25/2024 Update I cannot seem to find your support to report some issues with this app. The changes made in the last four months have ruined it. It used to work really well and now it’s awful. My pictures don’t come out well at all and I depend on good pictures to help my sales. I’m seriously contemplating on moving to another app. I paid premium on this and it will be soon. I absolutely loved this app but the most current update I noticed you can no longer browse through photo albums. I have over 4000+ and those albums are the only way I can locate anything quickly. I tried opening the photo from the album and select the photoroom app to edit and it crashes every time 😢Pretty please fix this!!

PhotoRoom is very good at what it does. That said it’s not perfect. I’ve tried others and keep coming back to this one. My only real complaint at the moment is that I got a new iPad just so I could use PhotoRoom on a larger screen. Most of the time I love it but I’m not so happy about how often it crashes. I’m not even doing big batches. Maybe 25 or so at a time and rotating and editing. Update 4/25/24 - still crashing almost every time I use edit cutout. This one issue will lead me to look elsewhere because it’s SO frustrating to have to keep opening it and sometimes it will crash 3 or 4 times on the same photo. It’s been a while since my initial review and the issue persists.

In the terms in use of this app, it says that the customer can delete their account at any time and receive a refund for the remainder of their subscription. I have tried to cancel this account in the app it says delete it’s been three days since I requested for my account to be deleted, no one has reached back no one has answered to me Apple was no help with this. They denied me a refund, and it was a mistake that this app was even a Purchase. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau so we’ll see where it goes from there but $95.39 for an app that I don’t use never will use never have use is ridiculous to be told that someone is going to reach out to you. Once you submit an email to support no one has reached out no one has contacted me back. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
