No longer transfers full RAW image - Drag & Drop Doesn't Work
I've used this app successfully for years. Hit a snag in early 2022 when it stopped transferring full sized DNG/RAW images; a 28MB photo on the iphone became a 2MB photo on the laptop. The problem was eventually corrected with a new version of Photo Transfer. But this problem is back: full sized DNG/RAW images no longer transfer in full size. Add to this another problem: drag and drop no longer works. Too bad, since this is the best way I've found to transfer photos and video from iphone to laptop.

Doesn't work as advertised, and sneaky way of getting you to subscribe to PRO version. I don't want a subscription service app, but to do anything except transfer one photo at a time, you need the upgrade and subscribe to the PRO version. Supposedly you can transfer up to 10 phtotos at once without the PRO version, but I couldn't get it to work. It's probably best to buy a good backup app and software.

With the app running in Mac OS 12.3, it would not connect with the iPhone in spite of following all the instructions. I was using the Pro version of the Transfer app.

United StatesIt's been great - but now has problems
I've used the PRO version of the iPhone app regularly over the past 5 years or so. It's been great downloading images & video to my desktop Mac. It keeps the date & time accurate, which doesn't happen when downloading from Apple Photos or Google Photos; these change the date and time in the Mac's Finder to the date and time of the download. Problem 3/18/2022: I started shooting in RAW format, and notice now that the downloaded images are only 3.7MB instead of the 23.7MB on the iPhone. This is even with the Photo Transfer settings at "full resolution." Another problem 3/18/2022: the iPhone Photo Transfer app has started crashing when downloading the full 200 images and video. It appears to work ok when only downloading 100 images & video. The Photo Transfer App has worked well for me in the past, so I hope the problems are fixed soon wherever the problem is: the mobile app or the desktop. I notice the last mobile update was in March 2022 (7.5.9), but the desktop update (3.51) was 3 years ago. Is the desktop app still being updated and supported in 2022?

I HAVE WRITTEN 3 TIMES FOR SUPPORT. THE THUMBNAILS AREN'T SHOWING UP 100%. 3 WILL SHOW UP AND 4 WON'T. I HAVE SENT YOU SCREENSHOTS. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE THUMBNAILS.
