When a Photo Toolbox edit is applied and accepted, a new photo for the result is saved to your Photo Album. The original is always kept untouched. Month by Month calendar let you go through each month and see the days that have photos. Uses red underline (less than 10 photos), green (11-50 photos), and blue (more than 50 photos). Share your photos using Message, Email, Twitter or Facebook. Save to photos, copy clipboard or print to an AirPrint printer. Photo days and albums can be tagged to allow for easy search and meta descriptions. Photos can be shown by days newest to oldest, days oldest to newest, days most to fewest, days fewest to most, album name alphabetical, album name reverse alphabetical, album name most to fewest and album name fewest to most. For days photo creation date is used. For most to fewest and the reverse, photo count is used. Photos for today indicated with 'today' stamp. Settings control animation speed (fast, slow, slow-mo), full-screen swipe effect (curl, scroll, flip) and open at random photo. When displaying by creation date, your new photos for today are easy to find as they are shown first in their own photo book. See all dates or album names that have available photos and switch to a specific date or album to see the associated photos.
Broken
The app would not open fully on my iPad with the latest updates installed. It shows a message “Showing photo days” with a spinning progress wheel that never goes away. I then touch the screen and the app crashes. Not impressed so far.

The new design with greatly enhanced photo tools is very nice. Love the toolset and how much easy it is to use and access. Tools are Enhance, Effects, Frames, Stickers, Focus, Orientation, Crop, Adjust, Sharpness, Splash, Draw, Text, Redeye, Whiten, Blemish and Meme. Have used most of them so far but especially like Frames, Stickers, Crop, Focus and the Draw and Text tools. Not much you can't do with this great toolset. The Focus tool is really, really cool as I have use it more. You can decide which area of the picture should hae more focus and the other areas will be put out of focus a little -- great!

I really like the idea behind this app, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars! Like the photo books I can flip through and how easy it is to find all the pictures I've taken/edited on a specific day, like how the date of each picture is displayed at the bottom, and I like the simple, easy to understand UI. What I like the most is the ability to do a simple edit on my pictures in app, and I do love the effects and filters....of all my photo apps these are unique to this app and I wish you'd add some more! The only problem I experienced is consistent crashing! This happened during the editing process, specifically when I was applying various effects to one picture. App crashed 5 times while I was using it to apply effects to a picture. No big deal to open app again and start again but it is aggravating to spend time having to do that....so fix this crash bug and I'll change my review to 5 stars. I know new apps have to work out all their bugs, and it is a good beginning, I enjoy using this app and would encourage others to give it a try. If the developers care about their apps, and give bugs quick attention...then this app is a winner in my opinion! Oh, and adding more unique effects/filters would be awesome also!

A very buggy app, frequently locked up, hard recet required, could not get it to un-display FX controls, very inflexible, not very intuitive. Scrolling thru images is smooth. Sort by Album more efficient for me (rather than by date). Seems like the App has to "Organize your Photos/Albums" every time it loads even if no changes were made in the Photo Library. Very slow if you a few thousand photos. Using iPad in landscapeorientation, FX panel can't be seen/used, switcht portarit, can't get rid of it, even if images as changing "underneath". This was a waste of my money I'm afraid. Perhaps a future update will fix the interface bugs and I'll try it again.
