Each exercise has instructions how to do it so you don’t have to guess. I can also share my favorite workout routines and stay connected with my friends. This is my fitness community!

On other social platforms, if I come across a workout that I want to try, I take a screenshot. But then that screenshot, along with the hundreds of others I’ve taken, gets lost in the clutter of my camera roll and I end up never being able to find it again. This is a super good idea, now I can save workouts that I wanna try, and follow the people who post workouts that fit my routine! 💪🏽🤘🏽
