This is called deblur but all it does is blur photos. Others have poor reviews for destroying photos, I was hoping this one could live up the better unblurring a part of a photo. It's a fail, it only blurs the photo, not providing clarity.

I spent 3 dollars on this app so that I could unblur pictures. I opened the app and tested it out on the sample picture and it worked fine but every time I try to upload a photo to fix it, the app closes. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it still does the same thing. I'm extremely mad. What a waster of 3 dollars.
