I absolutely love Google Photo App- I had it downloaded to my every Samsung phone I had but never used it until I switched back to an iPhone. Somehow I got the only iPhone that wouldn’t import a single picture, text, and call history. So after factory resetting the phone, going through the set up, the downloading and all that 2 times myself with no luck I went to the Apple Store; one of their technicians said we can do 2 things but unfortunately there isn’t a fix for this problem because it’s not a bug or anything so the first option: factory reset it again, he did it with no luck, so his boss did it as well because it really bothered them that it wouldn’t work- still nothing, so on to the second option. Option 2: upload all my photos to the Google Photo app then if I wanted download them all to my phone once it’s finished. I did the upload and it worked flawlessly, I decided not to download the pictures onto my new phone so I could keep all that storage space open for the feature and when I want a particular picture on my phone I just download it. I absolutely love this app and I highly recommend it!! The features it has are unmatched not to mention I think the amount of free “cloud” storage you get is great, you can always buy more if need be. Features I love: *Facial recognition- seriously, it’s amazing!! Once it see a face in a few pictures it ask you who that person is (or pet) and once you put a name to them the app with automatically find every picture with that person in it and group it for you by the person’s name. Plus you can search the pictures by name with the search bar at the top of the page instead of scrolling forever and most likely missing it the first 3 times and having to go back and look again and again. *Every time I take a picture on my phone it automatically downloads to the Google Photo app, which I love! I never have to worry about losing my pictures again because now their all in one place that I can access from a computer, phone, or tablet- that’s the best feeling to me, if you’re like me then your pictures mean a great deal to you, so the idea of losing them because you lost/broke your phone and forgot to back them up, or you ran out of “cloud” storage and couldn’t back them up would be the worst but at least now I don’t have to worry about that!!!

I love that you can link your families in with your own so that everyone’s photos get saved together in case they lose them and I also love that they can’t see mine as the same time. I love the fact that since you can’t send large files via text message or messenger that you can set up an album and share it with someone and then only see the pictures that you put place in the album and they themselves can comment and add to it. That’s pretty. That’s pretty cool, thank you for all your hard work
