I have so many ch trouble trying to backup my iphone
Every time I try to back up my iPhone & load photos from my iPhone to Forever I have issues! Its seems every time I try nothing happens. I cant get the app to back up my iPhone I have nothing loaded since JULY 2023 because this app wont work

Terrible app. Very confusing. Definitely not user friendly. Tried to look up questions I had and was all over the app with no luck. Then I sent the questions to the support email and no answer for over 5 days. The jury is still out whether I ever use your service or not.

This app has LITERALLY changed my life. I am finally able to consolidate all of my most precious, and irreplaceable memories into a safe and secure singular space. The peace of mind that that offers, is alone, priceless. Yet these beautiful folks at Forever Photos have given it away for free.
