Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase and will renew automatically (at the selected duration and price) unless you turn off the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours before the current period ends. 
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be identified. 
You have the option to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings, but refunds will not be given for any unused portion of the subscription term.
