4k and FHD 60fps output

So I’m in my files app.. I select a video from my Blackmagic folder.. open it with Dehancer and nothing happens.. I try with the proxy and same thing happens NOTHING!! Not sure why I would have to redundantly copy my video to my photos wasting more space and time dealing with files..

Most, if not all the other “film like editing/preset apps, might as well be toys. There is a lot going on here but if you’re at all familiar with film or industry color grading this will be a welcome familiarity. Has built-in transforms for Apple log and filmic pro but I just imported and graded log footage from black magic 4K ProRes and honestly was shocked not just that I could do it on my phone, but that I could get this level of emulation and grading tools without importing to da Vinci resolve. You might not grade an entire project here, but shorts and for travel and portability there might not be anything that beats it. Wish I could rate it 10 stars all the film emulations are legitimate no trashy filters or cyan wash look presets. Real emulation/grade processing for people who need it quick, but need it great. 👏🙌🏻

I started by using the desktop plugin and I was very happy to learn Dehancer had a mobile app. I use this to color grade all my iPhone clips for all my reels and short-form video for social media and it is great. You have a lot of things to play around with and you can really do a lot with the app.

This is app is way too expensive for the experience. First the need to download extra profiles before even entering the app after just downloading it is terrible. Then when you get into it, videos are slow to play and choppy. The presets are hit or miss. Then the UI is basic and awkward to use. It’s not easy to get a video to go full screen when reviewing. Yeah just disappointing for an app that cost so much.
