Where is customer service?!
I like this app and I’ve used it for years but every time it renews, after I’ve paid the $30 it tells me that I need to renew. (Even though i just did) And won’t let me record or do anything. When I try to contact them via email or social media to get some help, I receive no word back. I love to use this app to document little moments of every day with my kids but it is very frustrating when I can’t do that because it will not work and no one is available to help. Especially after forking over $30.
No longer good
The app is no longer being monitored. Have had the same issue multiple times and have emailed and no longer getting responses from the company. I’ve had 5 years of videos of my daughter pretty much completely lost. There are other apps that will do a better job of solving issues that come up. Keep looking. This is not the app

Disappointing
I have had daily snap for several years now and have enjoyed capturing my years through this app and especially liked that you could add as many snaps per day as you wanted. However throughout the years I’ve noticed the app tends to be laggy/ have had issues logging in/ issues with loading snaps. In the past customer support has been pretty quick to help me resolve these issues. Now I am going through a similar issue and have not been able to get help at all. I was having an issue with the past snaps from my story not loading within the app. I was a bit worried since I had about six months of snaps captured already. I decided to try and delete the app and redownload it to see if it would help. Now I am no longer able to login and as I had mentioned I have not had help from customer service. I have received one email from them saying I need to be Pro to download my snaps. Firstly, I am Pro which they would know if they had looked into my account at all. Secondly, that is not the issue I have as all users should be able to see their snaps within the app. I am very disappointed with this app and it’s lack of customer service as well as the fact that it continues to have issues with the app itself for years that they have not figured out
No Free Version Available
Giving 3 stars versus 1 because I have not experienced it however was sad to not be able to find a free version. I don’t want tonpa especially without knowing if I’ll like the app or not. I am glad to see different subscription plans (lower monthly cost) whereas 1SE gives you one big plan. Maybe one day they’ll give limited use for free.
Takes your money and doesn’t work
I have a subscription and the app and it keeps telling me the pick a subscription before I can use the app- but it already took my money and I can see I have a subscription that is currently active. Absolutely garbage.
