great app but glitches; ALOT.
i've been using this app for a while and i love it and ppl like my lil photo/video collages and always ask what app i use and i tell them. BUT the glitching when creating the collages is very nerve wrecking. and when the glitching starts just know the app about to crash over and over. other than that awesome app but please fix the crashing and glitching.

Dammit, man!!! I love this frickin app but gosh dangit, there are sooo many glitches! Almost every time I go to use this app something happens! Other than the glitches this app is TOP NOTCH!!! I’m obsessed!! It’s easy and fun to use. I use it mainly for my Bookstagram account on Instagram especially for Monthly Reading Wrap Ups. It’s frickin AMAZEBALLS!!! But please… PLEASE do something about the glitches!!

Whenever I try to download my template, all the images are out of place, there’s weird black out spots, everything is minimized. I tried everything from restarting my device, logging in and out, redownloading the app. Nothing seems to work.

Since the last update all images added to a template are squished. I’m only rating this 1 star in the hope the devs see this as I can’t find a way to contact their support.

Every time I try to open up my story template, it just shows the spinning wheel icon forever. Seems that something might be wrong with this version of the app? Anyways I’m a huge Canva fan, I will be sticking to the main app.
