Discontinued.... what now?
I have four of these cameras… And now that the product has been discontinued, what can I do now? It seems like a Belkin hasn’t really cared to contact those of us that have purchased the cameras to give us an alternate solution. What a scam! They’ve done nothing to rectify the situation and I will never buy anything from this product line again! What an untrustworthy service!

Step one: make a product that partly works. Step two: don’t allow any sort of third party applications or modifications. Step three: discontinue services and do not allow any customers any sort of support rendering product useless. Step four: offer a “refund” for device that is a fraction of the price of item. Your Wemo products are terrible and never work. Never trust ANY of the products put out by this company. Routers, smart home devices not even the charging cables. You screw over your customers.

I bought 8 cameras for my business. They don’t work anymore as the service of belkin is discontinued. I’m not eligible for the re found because I got them a bit before the grace period. Unbelievable!

I think it’s despicable that they are discontinuing this camera support. I purchased 6 of these, because i believed in Belmont, and NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS thought they’d discontinue the service. So I could have a system around my house, to check on things as we were having some problems. I liked the ability to research the noises or dogs barking, at weird times of day or night. I am sad, and think it’s horrible I will have 6 cameras, that turn useless for the reasons I purchased them!

I’ll never purchase another Belkin product. After a few years discontinued..... so sad what a horrible company. Getting a Riolink camera!!!!!! Shame on Belkin!!!!!

I have had three NetCam's for several years. Performance is OK but all three tend to fall off the network at regular intervals. This is a specially aggravating since they are in a remote location and I only travel there once a month. They cannot be reset it remotely. I Would be really great if these were reliable! Now the company is telling me they are bricking all my net cams at the end of the month and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. That is a royal screw right in hell NetCam!

Now that Belkin decided to disable this product the app is completely useless. I will never buy a Belkin product again.
