Works Good-updating problem solved
Easy way to read daily paper. Previous updating problems were fixed.
App just stopped working
After a couple of years with no problem, it froze up. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but it just says no internet connection although every other app works fine and I have a high speed connection. Waited for a half hour on the phone for support and gave up.
Zero stars if that was a choice
Fine when it works, which is rare. Can’t get current editions for days to weeks. Then it starts working again. Every time I email the PNI to complain, they apologize and tell me that I am using the wrong version. I delete and re download with identical outcome. Stupid!
Needs to be updated
The latest version of this is 5 years old, updated for iOS 10. We are now on iOS 15 and the app crashes every day. As of 2/20/22, the app isn’t working at all. I downloaded the NJ version, and that couldn’t connect to the server.
Won’t update
Periodically it won’t update to the day’s paper and there’s nothing you can do. Right now in a Saturday, the most current version available is Thursday’s. Very frustrating.
Won’t connect to iPad.
Error message saying connection failed. Server could not be reached. I can connect fine on my android phone. Deleted and installed app and restarted iPad with no success. Second day.
Terrible application and lousy customer service
I’ve been using the app for a couple years. It’s always been a little klugdy. This week it stopped working completely. When I called their customer service they said “yep, the app is down”, but we never notify our customers. Now that is great customer service.
