E paper revamp

I hate it! Very clunky to navigate and too much on one page

Your editorials too liberal for me. Would like less bias opinions. Respectfully, Paul - that was 1year ago - today’s e paper for a 74 yr old guy is very frustrating, print very small, so you can get two pages on one. New format has way too much info not on e paper talk of old stories you did a year ago. I think I will be cancelling soon, not that you care. You should take a pole in the paper on this. Frustration with epaper

I’m super disappointed with the epaper. It doesn’t load automatically. I can’t read it close up as with the old app. I pay almost twice for the Globe as I do for the NYT. It’s so frustrating every morning and it shouldn’t be this way. Susan Connolly

Why can’t I print the Jumble??

The previous app was working fine, this new update eliminated the print capability for the crossword and Jumble puzzles. One of the main reasons I subscribe is for the daily puzzles. I will cancel if not fixed.

App not up to par

I like to read the epaper, but it’s 50/50 on any given day whether it will: A) load, B) if it does load, will it be the current edition or yesterday’s? and C) if it loads, the correct edition, will it be too blurry to read. They need serious help with this app.
