This app is terrible- The news is always a day or two late. I have no use for it. I received a call saying I had a $15.00 balance and I told them to mail me a bill because I was on vacation and have previously had my debit card compromised. They would not mail me a bill to my home address. I was told to contact the Utica OD @ 315-792-5000 to discuss this payment. Come to find out, I’m speaking with someone in South America and nobody works in Utica as far as the billing department is concerned. I told them to mail me a bill and I’ll send a check. I don’t need my card compromised again while on vacation- Terrible customer service, pretty sad when Utica NY can’t even have a newspaper and staff. Sounds more like a scam because neither one of my email addresses were on file with them when I went to log in

Many years ago,I lived in. Utica,, went to school there and I think it was a great place to spend my teen years. I really like reading the OD now. How things have changed!

Not comfortable at all with this format on my iPad. Why are the articles more than a few days old? The layout is very confusing, there’s no living section, which I presume is now the Lifestyle section. Why can’t the comics be spread onto one page instead of a list of choices? Plus, no Lockhorns,, our favorite. My real question is, is there an option to go to settings to have the original format of a real newspaper? And, why does my iPhone still show the original format? Even the obits show 98 in the number available?. I don’t want to see a month’s worth when I’m a daily subscriber. I just want to see and read the daily paper. Very dissatisfied so far.
