Users of the Pametni Kranj application have the opportunity to submit various initiatives, compliments, and complaints to the municipality, including the possibility of submitting a photo, to increase transparency and faster exchange of information.

With the appropriate consent in the application, users will be able to receive information that will be sorted by distance to the user. 

By entering data into their user profile, the user will access a wider range of functionalities. For example, if the user enters his birth date, the municipality can send the user a personalized birthday card.
