Description
This is a general purpose backup navigation app that will give the user their current position in the 3 main formats it will also give your speed in a knots, MPH of KPH. Heading is also available in both True and Magnetic. Altitude can be obtained in both feet and meters. The app also displays the current Barometric pressure in both hPa and inHg. the GPS accuracy is also displayed. Reverse lookup of your current position is available if internet access is available. The app will display data in both text format and as a series of instruments so you can view a compass, speedometer, Barometer, Gyro and pedometer. Also there are speed graphs available. The app also allows the user to enter waypoints and routes. You can then navigate directly using an waypoint or also use the app to follow a route. Finally the app will allow all your movements to be tracked in the background and the log can be viewed or exported at a later time.

6 years agoAdded a Dashcam option to the GPS Data screen. The Dashcam allows you to record a video of your journey with an overlay showing your current location, speed and altitude. This option requires access to your camera and photo library. Added a traditional 32 point compass to the Instruments menu. Compass direction is given in one of the 32 points of the compass as opposed to bearing. Changed the Map display option in routes to show the route as a set of great circle legs. Also added the ability to show and set the current wind direction as a large yellow arrow. Fixed a bug which caused the app to terminate when trying to switch on application logging. In the Track log Summary added the ability to output a CSV file of the current log. In the Raw data table added the ability to goto end and start of file. In All the graphing options added the double tap icon and cursor pointer to look at the graph data in finer detail. Added a number of small bug fixes and optimisations.
