Lots of glitches with poor directions.
If you try to make a reservation before heading into a city the app regularly glitches with an alert “Parking Panda is not available in this area”. It’s extremely difficult to get past this alert and make a reservation if you’re a couple hours away from the city. I have also had a number of issues with the app providing me poor and confusing directions in cities which are hard to drive in and are inhabited by some of the worst drivers on Earth (i.e Philadelphia and D.C).

I had two different issues in two days. 1st issue. I paid for parking for a 24 hour period. Came back within my time period and my car has been towed🤬. Fortunately, customer service rectified the situation and claimed they will reimburse me my Lyft expense to get my car. I did not have to pay for the towing and when asked why their driver for what he did, the only answer i got was “sorry, he’s dumb/lazy.” 2nd issue. my next 24 hour booking, i booked elsewhere in Baltimore. I’m glad i read the instructions but it annoys me about it. From booking on my app, I had to PRINT my parking pass or risk getting towed (ironically from the same towing company that towed me earlier in the day). This is a horrible flaw with the app as this isn’t allow you to l parking on the fly as you have to have access to a printer before getting to your spot. I hope my car doesn’t get towed again.

Tried to reserve a spot in downtown Baltimore for $20.00 tonight. Couldn’t reserve it because PP was changing their price. Not a good business model. I guess we will just take our chances in Baltimore City what could go wrong? Thank you it’s been great being alive.
