My BART Commute gives you real time train arrivals for your daily commute. Depending on if it is morning or evening you will get the times for just the trains you need to get from your origin station to your destination station. You can also view all the trains, or just the northbound/southbound trains arriving at any station. Check train estimates on your Apple Watch, or with Siri!
Apple Watch App is unusable
At the current state, my Apple Watch App only shows trains from Embarcadero. Changing settings in the phone app don’t change that.
Great app. Unless you want to commute
Recently, with the decreased train frequency, I found the timetables in this app are frequently incorrect. When you are trying to catch only once every 30 minute trains, this causes huge delays.
Please integrate old features
Things I miss from the old app: 1) Notifications of delays when I open the app 2) the ability to check other sf stations from a drop down menu Also, it’s not as responsive as before. It frequently gets the commute station wrong. You had the best bart app for me before. It executed my daily tasks so reliably. Can you make “my bart classic”? I’ll pay for it.
The new update is HORRIBLE!
I used this app for over three years -until the newest update a couple of weeks ago. Don’t waste your time & get another app. I am! 👎🏻
Used to be good, new update is garbage
What did you guys do to this amazing app? It was really good. Now the arrival times are way off, it’s hard to select a station, I don’t see BART news updates anymore. You ruined something great! The worst is arrival times. What’s the point if they’re consistently way off. Do you have to guess on times now since BART has its own app?
No longer support trips
Previously, I can create s trip from station A to station B based on specific time. With the new design, I cannot do this anymore. Also missed: the ability to see time if departure instead of “xx minutes”.
Unusable
Used to be great but now app crashes when you try to use trip planner
