Stürzt regelmäßig ab und ist voll mit bugs
Leider funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht so, wie sie soll. Beim Zahlen für Tickets stürzt sie regelmäßig ab, beim Ticketkauf kommt es zu Problemen wie z.B. dass die App denkt, man habe noch ein Ticket, obwohl dieses schon in der Woche davor abgelaufen ist, etc…. Aber am Schlimmsten war der Versuch, das Klimaticket in der App zu erwerben, habe es jetzt mehrmals versucht, leider immer erfolglos. Zuerst wurde mein Foto in meiner Gallerie von der App gar nicht gefunden, nach mehrmaligem Neustarten des Prozesses habe ich es dann doch geschafft, nur blöd, dass es jetzt einen Fehler beim Upload gab….selbes Spiel also wieder, mehrmals neugestartet, bringt nichts. Also einfach schnell ein Selfie mit der Kamera direkt in der App gemacht, bringt auch nichts. Nach vielen hin-und herprobieren hat es dann doch irgendwann geklappt, jetzt das nächste Problem: App Absturz während dem Zahlungsprozess…und was nun? Naja, nun lässt mich die App das Klimaticket gar nicht mehr kaufen (zuvor erwähntes Problem)….Also danke für nichts, wirklich, WIRKLICH grottenschlechte App, werde in Zukunft meine Tickets also wieder entweder manuell oder in der ÖBB App kaufen, das funktioniert immerhin! 1 Stern!

The payment authentication is not working stable or reliable. The app takes you to your banking app for confirmation but crashes then or us stuck in endless loading. The worst is that sometimes it seems that the payment went through, but it didn’t! I was fined by a conductor today because the app showed no valid ticket after purchasing one!!! That was an expensive bug! Please fix the way the payment works! The rest of the app works great but the payment needs fixing!

Downloaded the app to buy a ticket. Wasn’t possible due to the error “validFrom is too far in the past”. (Even tough you can not even choose a date for the 1 hour ticket)
