CefcoClub App

The App does not work. I have bought several drinks that were not applied to my account. I notified Cefco but have not received any reply after 3 days. I am quite dissatisfied with this reward system at this time.

Terrible App

I can’t figure the app out. I tried to email them from the link on the app! I wrote feedback, sent it, and then got an email saying that my email was “undeliverable.” You can’t click on anything to get the bar code for the cashier to scan. An employee and I tried for 5-10 minutes to get the app to work, but we couldn’t. It needs to be updated!!!

No Rewards On Gas

It would be very nice to get fuel discounts on all purchases including fuel purchases. Other stations give a .05 discount on all fuel purchases just for having the app.
