Other features of the app include: • Mark your car/Find your car • Indicate lots as favorites • Pay for parking (select locations) • View real time availability through red (full), yellow (filling up), green (plenty of space) color coding (select locations) For locations that accept payment through the app, enter your vehicle and payment information one time and easily pay for parking with just a couple of taps each time you visit. More robust features coming soon such as monthly parking, parking reservations and special offers!

It’s more convenient for ACE if you pay by app. They charge YOU a fee to do this. Horrible business practices.

San Diego Lot 1185 walk up system isn’t working! Took my 12$ and I had to pay an additional 2.95.

The app reminded me of the upcoming expiration in 15 minutes, paid the extension fee with 12 minutes to spare and came to my car to find that a notice was issued a few minutes after the original expiration. Had to submit an appeal statement online and provide photos as proof, it will take 4-6 weeks to hear back by postal mail if they recognize the error on their part. Loved the fact that I could pay easily with ApplePay and manage my parking session on the app. Unfortunately after this experience in San Jose, CA, I will not use the app or ACE unmanned parking facilities again

Parked in “remote” lot and rushed to catch train. Later tried to find my car and the lot. No luck! Not sure I can search by lot name so I can pay. Should have a QR code that takes me into the app where I can put my info and pay. Space #1, Smithfield Road Station in North Richland Hills.

Far too difficult to find where I am then try to select which lot I am parked in. Way more parking apps that are MUCH more user friendly.
