Extremely Poor Performance
The iPad and Phone versions work well, but this version for Mac is a dog. Slow and clugy. It can't even remeber you, so you have to LOG-IN every time and wait for it to rebuild all your TABs and profile. It can literally take AN HOUR, and it takes forever for searches. Stick with the iPad version. Hoped for more, but this version is F'd UP.
United StatesDeveloper refuses to provide the App Privacy Details
I'll rarely rate an app on the app store, but this app must receive this negative attention. This app has not been updated since 2019--And as of Oct 2022 the developer has refused to provide the App Privacy Details. There are too many reasons that this app is a punishment for paying members of UG, and what non-paying members experience has to be an insult with punishment--but here are a couple that must be pointed out: Certain characters with in the app are represented by strange glpyhs. Almost all of Pro/Official tabs i've saved fail to fit on screen omitting several measures per line, and the zoom feature stretches the measures across the screen horizontally...preventing vertical scrolling, and omitting several measures. The preferences for the app consist of 1 checkbox "Left Handed" The instrument selection on the official/pro tabs renders on top of the tabs/chords The mouse scroll, vertical/horizontal scroll feature is missing from the tab/chord portion of the app--one must use tap&hold scroll as in using the touch pad. There are other nuances from the ipad app, that are annoying, that have made it in to this desktop app. The functional nuances seem to be missing. I do not recommed this app.

United StatesGreat Website App is Terrible
Each time you close the app, you have to sign in! such a PAIN! Also, With subscription to pro, I am supposed to be able to print lyrics and chords. MOST of the time, the app will not give me the option to print!!! I can print from the website, but not the app. People have been giving bad reviews, but apparently, the comapany does not have anyone reading or able to fix the problems expressed by so many. Sad

You should allow iMac users to use their apple id to sign in and not differentiate the iPhone/iPad application from the iMac application. Second, why does this app fail to load tabs on the iMac but seems to work flawlessly on the iPhone? Other than that its the same OLGA library I used for years on the web loads of new tabs. Pretty sure I have purchased a pro account at least twice over the years (same apple id). THIS APP NEEDS WORK. Forget all the fancy pants stuff and make the actual backbone (loading tabs) of the app work right first.

United StatesNot Supported According to My SUpport Request
I have two issues: * cannot play official tabs on MacOS Intel (works on M1 hardware) * cannot scroll by Title (artist is fine) on either MacOS on Intel or MacOS on M1 I wish they'd do a better job of letting people know the MacOS product is dead.
