Instead of using traditional playlists, RockMyFitnessClass DJ’s create mixes that are specifically optimized for fitness classes. All mixes are curated to have seamless transitions between songs, avoiding any awkward pauses. Songs are deliberately selected by DJ’s with years of industry experience to create a consistent upbeat energy so that members feel motivated to perform their best throughout the workout.
