Just began using, mostly very good.
This app is really cool. I’m using one of the tc helicon go twins I got just a couple days ago. But it seems to be having problems. I’m not sure if it’s the app or device but it will just disconnect after a while. A lot of the videos won’t load at all or export. That seems like a pretty basic function of the app so that’s not great. Hopefully they can fix stuff.

This is one of the worst app ever I am in the in the middle of recording and the phone just turns off automatically is there a way to fix this?

I just bought and unlocked all the effects with app purchase. This last update is great and I know the app still in very early development but it’s perfect for me and you will love it if you like to record your performances. In past I had an issue with in app purchase but the developers fixed the problem. Also the response of Report a problem was quick. I love tc helicon products, they also have many vocal processors products. There a bunch of videos in YouTube. Check it. Thanks me later.

But I’d pay full effect 29.99 and the app do not let me used any of all. And then I press the restore button and nothing happens. I did request a refund but if they fixed the problem probably I will buy the effects because I like them. For now I am waiting 48 hours to get a response for refund. I will update soon.
