Incredible!
This is such a great resource for improving your reading abilities as a musician. Examples in major and minor; simple and compound (or duple and triple, depending on your philosophy) meters. Can’t recommend enough!!
I can’t believe this is a free
An fun and good use of time for practicing sight-singing. I had syncing issues at first between my iPhone and Apple Silicon MacBook, but the next time I opened the app on my iPhone, everything was synced!
The App I Always Wanted
This app is exactly what I wanted for my solfège, voice and ear training. I normally don’t write reviews on App Store, but this app truly deserves a five star review. Also the developers made the app as is a game so it is fun to practice. I love it!
Not intuitive for me
I’m not sure what is to be done when. I’ve asked for instructions. It doesn’t start recording till I’m halfway through the sequence and then I don’t match the sequence. Buggy? Should I know that I need to wait several seconds before starting after I hit record? I don’t get it. Perhaps it’s just too simple.
W App
5 star out of 5 star. Amazing app. Insanely helpful. No ads. High quality content. And free. Need I say more? This app is carrying me with my sight singing and I owe the developers first born child.
Fun!
Great way to improve sight singing. Currently use to help me sight sign Western-notation Byzantine chant in the Antiochian Orthodox Church. Works well on Mac with M1. A suggestion would be I wish I could scale the UI larger, it's ok for now if you launch in full screen though.
Game, not training
I came here after using Binary Guilt Software’s incredible reading and rhythm training apps to learn to sight read on guitar. I was hoping for some thing similarly well organized for teaching you to sight sing. Instead, this is organize more like a freemium game app. It has a bunch of exercises, but they are not organized in a way that leads you through learning to sight-sing. They are incredibly short, and there is no beginner progression.
