Eavescrob is the ultimate scrobbler and reader for Last.fm with elegant design. Eavescrob works with built-in Music app and some other apps that play music from system media library. * With Eavescrob you can: - View your listening history, batch edit and scrobble to Last.fm instantly - Glance at your Last.fm profile, get statistics for various time periods and weekly listening report - Read details about your favorite songs, albums and artists - Discover similars and trendings for songs, albums, artists and tags - See what your friends have been listening to, or even share your recent activities from the iMessage extension - Love and unlove a song or share its link directly in the app - Sync now-playing song to Last.fm automatically while Eavescrob is running in foreground - Use Today Widget to love your now-playing song and access your Last.fm profile anywhere, anytime - Use Apple Watch companion app for instant access on your wrist. Tap to love your now-playing song, scroll up to view your listening history, and use force touch to upload your pending scrobbles. - Background scrobbling, landscape mode, 3D Touch support, fine-tuned animations and clean user interface without ads * Eavescrob works partially with Apple Music streaming service, only songs that have been added to 'My Music' will show up in your listening history. ** You don't need to open Eavescrob while listening, it will compile your listening history on startup. Due to system limitation, a song can only be added to the listening history by being completely played, you can drag the scrubber to the end instead of skipping as a workaround. Enjoy scrobbling!
Not fully functional
Many features of this app don’t work anymore and it’s not compatible with foobar2000. The watch app is neat but also not fully functional. Mostly this app is useful for checking stats, scrobbling does not work.
doesn’t work
it won’t scrobble anything, it just shows the song I’m currently listening to. I want a refund.
Version 3.0?
Release version 3.0 it’s been 3 goddamn years
Almost Good, but completely useless
First of all the set up process wasn’t necessarily as flawless and seamless as people make it seem, but once you get through it, it does work as advertised!!!… for a bit. I bought this last year as it seemed to be the only competent way to scrobble apple music plays. It worked mostly for a few months. Skips didn’t count and I noticed if I let too many songs scrobble in the background, half of them would get missed or something. That’s fine, a consistent bug at least can be avoided. All of a sudden- the app completely stops working lol. It scrobbled absolutely nothing for three months and then added 3 songs randomly and hasn’t worked since? Lame 3 dollars, do not spend until (IF) this app ever gets fixed.
wen version 3.0
I’ve been using this app for a long time and am thankful for how well its always worked. I bought an iPad recently and listen to music on there sometimes, in addition to regularly using my phone. When I sync the music to Last.gm using my phone, it does not pick up any of the plays from my iPad however. If I open the app on my iPad though, it shows all of the plays for both of my devices, but includes the wrong date range and also shows other tracks that my phone logged already. I see that the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years, however it mentions to be patient for version 3.0. Given these bugs (and that we’ve been patient for 3 years), when can we expect version 3.0 to be released?
doesn’t actually work
it scrobbles the song while you’re listening, but it doesn’t actually save the scrobble when the song ends
Really Good, a little buggy
Overall I love this app. It’s quite reliable and does what is promises. However, there are some songs that, when listened to, will register multiple scrobbles and since there is no way to edit the number of listens before hitting scrobble, it means I have to scrobble them all and then manually delete them from last.fm. This is particularly annoying as it consistently happens with the opening track of one of my favorite albums, registering >20 scrobbles for a single listen. If fixed, this would be a 5 star review
- fix for incorrect user play count and loved status
