The BandHelper app works with your BandHelper account to share info with your bandmates, streamline your management duties and power your live show. If inspiration strikes during a rehearsal, make a quick recording in the app and that will be synced, too. With this info at everyone's fingertips, you'll spend less time remembering what you talked about at the last rehearsal and more time becoming a better band. YOUR COMMAND CENTER ON STAGE BandHelper is as useful on stage as it is in the practice room. Auto-scroll lyrics, play backing tracks and click tracks, and configure MIDI-compatible sound and lighting equipment as you move from song to song. You can control BandHelper with MIDI or Bluetooth footswitches, and link your bandmates' devices for screen sharing or remote control on stage. TIME-SAVING FEATURES FOR BAND LEADERS Scheduling gigs is a snap with BandHelper's automated email messages to ask your bandmates' availability, send updates if the details of a gig change, and send reminders before the gig. You can set up checklists to help promote or pack for a gig, and build stage plots with a drag-and-drop interface. And splitting the money after a gig is easy with BandHelper's features to track income and expenses and calculate each band member's share of the profit. MOBILE, WEB AND WATCH INTERFACES Besides its native mobile apps, BandHelper includes a web interface for efficient data entry, and an Apple Watch app for quick access on the go. Makes playing live a breeze!
I've been using BandHelper for several years now and I just cannot say enough about Arlo, the developer. His customer support is the absolute best. Nothing is perfect of course, and anytime I've had an issue (very rare) he is quick to reply and does his very best to help. As for BandHelper, our band uses it to keep us organized. I can easily see a history of our gigs and setlists. Making setlists is a snap, very easy to do. And each member can follow the set list on stage via their mobile devices. Our drummer uses a midi controller pad to select each song as we play the gig. Not only do all of our devices change as he selects the next song, but BandHelper is also sending midi commands to control our pedalboards and keyboards. Very much more you can do! We're only scratching the surface. Arlo is continually improving and updating BandHelper so you can be assured it is not going to whither away and die anytime soon. If you play live, BandHelper is a fantastic tool!

1 year ago- Fixed a problem that sometimes caused the login information to get mixed up when you have multiple accounts on the same device. - Updated the document and recording functionality to allow attaching the same document or recording to multiple items. As when attaching a tag or MIDI preset, the Add Documents and Add Recordings buttons now open a picker window of existing documents or reordings, plus an Add button to add a new document or recording. You can also add documents or recordings from the Repertoire > Documents and Repertoire > Recordings list, then attach them to items later. And if you remove a document or recording from an item and it is still attached to a different item, it will no longer be deleted from your account. - Changed the document and recording edit pages to allow editing their projects directly. This makes it possible to have a song in multiple projects, with one document that only appears in one project and another document that only appears in another project. When you add a song to a new project, that song's documents will automatically be added to the project. When you remove a song from a project, that song's documents will automatically be removed from the project, unless they are also attached to another song that is still in that project.
