Bug that renders it inoperable
I used to love the app until this week when I badly needed to book medical tests and the app gets stuck with a review page that keeps coming up even after submitting a review. One cannot do anything else on the app because of it. Please fix it!
Great health app
This is now my go to app for all my medical and health services. I get my flu shots yearly with zennya and get regular blood tests every few months and massages every week, and online doctors consults as needed. Always professional and the medical and wellness products used in the services are top notch.
Make life a lot easier during covid pandemic
I’ve been booking, at least twice a week, zennya’s wellness services since I’ve arrived here in the Philippines. However, I’ve never once considered using this App for medical (perhaps bcz unconsciously I associated medical services to clinic or hospital), which I’ve quickly regretted after I received my first two medical services (covid test and flu test). I have to thank a friend of mine who vouched for the quality of zennya’s medical services which later on I’ve done to my family and friends. It truly is the most efficient, safest and even affordable medical home services available not just in the Philippines but also in the US. Highly recommended
This app had what I needed. I entered my name, email address, and credit card info. Ordered the service I wanted then this app required a Facebook account to be linked. Some people don’t have and don’t want a Facebook account. I deleted my credit card info. Giving this app a one star. Then deleting it. Maybe in the future, businesses might realize they are losing real paying customers because they require a Facebook account.

Zennya customer service and therapist
Zennya sent me a therapist that was on advance booking. They made me wait for an hour and As we were about to start the session zennya’s system canceled the session and their customer service had the nerve to tell me to book another one. THIS IS HOW ZENNYA TREATS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
